Processing Times

  • Items not requiring personalization (primarily earrings): Typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Personalized items (luggage tags, ornaments, signs): Typically processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a mock-up within 24 hours for approval or feedback. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll proceed with the order as shown to ensure timely completion.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons (like holidays, sales, or product launches), but we’ll do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location, and do not include processing time.

Free shipping is available on orders of $35 or more (after discounts and taxes). Free shipping is via the carrier of our choice.

Shipping options include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Half Turn Designs is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided. If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Order Delays
While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal delays, or customs issues for international shipments). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to issues with the carrier.
