Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@halfturndesigns.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Due to hygiene concerns with earrings and the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
